Not sure Barossa is dead. I think it's too valuable as backfill for Darwin LNG infrastructure to not pursue it further as I believe it was a procedural issue with lack of consultation on environmental approval phase so maybe they will appeal first and if that fails go back and redo the process. Below is an extract from STO's investor day presentation. They are unphased with Barossa planned for coming online in 2025. Delays more than anything. Greenies won the first round. STO will win in the end IMHO.
