As a shareholders minorities can write petition / complain about wrongdoings of Genorah executives.... I understand there are number of ethical issues ...

in China authorities have biggest control and say....and Genorah will definitely listen to them...

So, collect all evidence / grievances / get individual and collective letters send to a few agencies...
