I don’t think hindsight is the perspective from which to criticise our leaders and public health officials.
Within 3-4 weeks I reckon much of Australian life and business will be given the opportunity to get back to living and work.
Restrictions will remain on international travel and domestic tourism for obvious reasons until a vaccine is available.
The vast majority of countries will not be in this enviable position.
An opportunity for Australia to consider and react to it’s self sufficiency?

Waiting for a vaccine would be even more stupid than the current strategy. Professor Iain Frazer has said that finding a vaccine is possible but unlikely. He knows a lot about vaccines
