The important extract from our point of view!
If a reconnaissance area was set before the government's order of 11 October 2017, the public interest can no longer be met in its entirety. In this case, the Ministry of the Environment, in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, stipulates the condition of maximum finalization of final products throughout the processing chain in the Czech Republic.
This is just whats included in the MoU.
Surely this is what we have been waiting for!
