Pardon my ignorance, but can anyone clarify what State Street's ongoing "Becoming/Ceasing to be a Substantial Share Holder" announcements are about? It seems to have started in early June this year. I have just bought into IPL, so it may old news. I am assuming that it is an investment fund buying/selling shares for clients. Is there anything of significance going on here?
