I think the Africans want to reopen this year. I doubt Jinchuan are equally as motivated.
With nickel at $7.30/lb, sinkholes to fix, and drilling required, there is more investment required with a low price received even after the investment.
I agree than an offer of $25,000 for half of the company is absurd, but if we were to remain holders we would be asked for further investment then probably lose more money...
