It looks like someone from current management talked Mike Gorenstein putting his name to a letter they drafted while sitting in an office in South Yarra.
Cronos Inc was spectacularly successful, for a time, at working stock markets. Then they ran out of money. They did a deal with big tobacco. They still can’t generate a profit. It’s a Wall Street / TSX play from start to finish.
Cronos Inc has not, and will not turn a profit for the foreseeable future. The only reason that there is a listed business today is because of the innovation of the CDA founders.
I will not be voting as directed by the Board, because I think that the fundamentals of this company are based on a real business model, a model founded by CDA.
