I agree in relation to Pratt and Carter having massive ego's. They don't care for the best interests of their electorate and I think they are starting to backpedal. It will be interesting how long they can carry on the misinformation in relation to testing of water. As Pratt has stated 'the contamination was not there before Cougar started the burn' , and we have been told the levels of benzene are probably consistent with water in the environment anyway. I think a solicitor's letter would be enough to put a stop to her forcing misinformation and feeding fear into locals.
The whole sorry saga will drop out of the media soon enough. The trouble is Cougar does not have deep financial reserves to deal with any more political agendas.
