Learned Sandshoe - Federal Court web site is not the easist to navigate.
CHM filed legal proceedings on the 29 Nov. I expect the statement of claim followed shortly after, do you know the date it was submitted? I also gather it had to be then processed by some public servant prior to issue. If all is in order would it not be reasonable to expect CHM to issue at least a summary of the statement of claim.
