You may be overlooking that once the documents are lodged, MMX would have immediate access to them and be in a position to issue either an immediate counter claim or, reject them publicly to again try to quash the issue. At the moment, MMX is the one in a very difficult position due to its own market activity with MIS.
Does the lack of public response from MMX suggest that the issue may be being dealt with already in the back rooms.
