Googs - held CHM a few years ago though managed to get out must of my holding at a small loss prior to liquidation when it became obvious the whole company was a scam.
The fact that the directors hid this transaction from the liquidators is quite incredible. IMO the only people that have a call on that $550K are unpaid creditors of the CHM of old as for all intensive purposes this CHM is a new company - just based on the same scam principles and with slightly less dodgy directors (but only slightly less dodgy). The only thing this company really shares is the name.
This obviously is not a resource company - everyone knows that resource specs have their offices in Subiaco or West Perth - Lawyers and similar scum have their offices in Macquarie St Sydney. They would not recognise an iron ore tenement if it hit them in the face. To them the title is just a bit of paper to shuffle so they can buy their next Range Rover (which naturally will never leave the streets of inner city Sydney).
Even if they got the money the chance that shareholders would see even a cent of it is NIL. These slimy types will have a settlement with massive salaries and bonuses for themselves and AH (for doing so well) - pretty much sucking the money into their own pockets - those that try to acquire money they haven't a right to certainly don't like giving it away to "un-deserving" shareholders.
