Looks like they intend to either upgrade the pilot plant or build a new one that will produce 1.5 million ton output. There's significant investment already at the site.
Deloitte Financial model to assist third party deals?
BFS to acquire finance to upgrade or build a new in-house plant at Maddingley?
Need to push management for answers.
