But I think what you are implying is that they are effectively controlling ECT and management behind the scenes?

I think the brothers and ECT enjoy a very close relationship. It has to be this way.

In turn, the other large shareholders/top20 would like to see value in their holdings.

ie everyone has the same focus and is working towards the mutual goal of getting coldry and matmor off the ground.
