    It probaly obvious but though it is worth stating.

    All this correcspondence to the council is all centered around and supporting the maintenance of the buffer zone for the SUV between maddingly coal mine and the JBD industrial estate. Note the letters are all from the land holders between the mine and JBD park and are all supporting the developement. It appears that several applications may have been made to rezone this land to residential land or to reduce the buffer zone and allow residential planning in this area, thus conflicting with calleja's (and probably ESI's)plans for utilising the land for a direct supply line conveyor system from mine to the current and proposed faciltiy.

    Naturally if residental zoning encroches then it could impeed future industrial DA's.

    With this in mind the picture for future plans for ESI and Calleja for a production faility in JBD park is clear, and clarifies the purpose for d.wilsons notes to council that I posted yesterday (nice to see the intended production capacity for the proposed plan).

    I reflection there is no evidence that a DA is underway, although calleja is working to ensure that this access way is not blocked. All key to the success of the JBD industruial parks involvement with ESI.

    Should Mooroolbool shire council support this application then the location is secured. And possibly a DA and ann to follow.
