I believe the Calluja brothers, Wilson et al would not have accepted the offer from ECT to take over their company if they thought that the takeover wasnt in THEIR best interest. Imo the Calluja bros, Wilson et al are full aware of ECT's future plans. In fact I believe they are possibly driving the future direction of ECT. Having done some background checks on these people I am confident that ECT's future looks very promising - both the medium and long term.
