sp3, yes, many changes were made, a lot of old management, who were IMO leeches to the business, have gone. i have met current management over the last two years... the only person that has truely impressed me is Kos. Mr La Trobe is also very important, but usually a 'neutral' on the political sidelines that is esi (sorry ect)

nevetheless, i think we are closr to a potential 20 bagger (could be more but I'll take 20 from here!)

i unfort have no cahs left to buy as bough up in the 40's... but have enough to make a life altering result, if not life changing
