Statement regarding Share Price
AIM listed Empyrean, the oil and gas explorer and producer with assets in
Germany and the USA, today announces that it has noted the recent fall in its
share price and confirms that the Board is not aware of any reason for this
share price movement.
The Company continues with its various testings of wells, a progress report of
which was published on 18 February 2008, and further updates will be provided as
significant developments occur
