    i cant believe an oil company in the box seat to sign oil leases in the best oil ground in the world can have a market cap of 40 million. throw the falcon connection in and the story is unbelieveable. cityview is in bed with the most connected people in angola. cant believe how ms has done it but i take my hat off to him
