    I agree with you that NEO has handled its part of this joint venture badly - though they, as I said, have been controlled by NEG and then by OPL who have a lot more projects to manage.
    I believe Kain has done the best he could under the circumstances - and still think it'll come good.
    The pipeline will NOT go to waste!!!
