re: $0.038 I'm not too worried, you don't build a pipeline unless you are damn sure there is going to be enough gas to flow through it.
I can understand that OPL are probably working on other higher priority projects and giving kain the short end of the stick right now.
Just be patient folks, and the pipeline hookup will happen.
