I believe you don't build a gas pipeline with no gas forthcoming. I also believe OPL are well aware of what is going on and that is part reason for the opl SP rise(along with the buyback). The market jury is out on NEO for the moment and that is why the SP is flat.

Just because NEO could not get it together and deliver gas a bit earlier does not mean it doesn't exist. I would hate to sell out on your theory and miss the $. Kain has stated the recent delay/problem was to do with the easement land near connection point and a bit of negotiation over issues

Fortunately I don't have oppies so will wait for the oil and gas to flow. As I have said before even the bigger players don't run to schedule. As long as the oil and gas arrive I can give them a bit of leeway.
