Statistics

This is just for fun.
There are 22 arrows on this chart, two of them are red.
What happened on those days when there was a blue arrow & in the immediate future after.
Up until the first red arrow the same thing happened every time after a blue arrow.

There are now two red arrows in a row and the result after the arrow has changed.
Statistically I would have thought that the same thing would happen but it has not yet.
So what was the event that occurred on the day of all the blue arrows & will it happen again.
