Get real, this aid business is the biggest furphy around.
Try to find out how much they reap in return for that 12.5 billion when that aid is repaid? Countless many times, because this "aid" comes with interest and other strings. You'd be surprised how much they rake back in return. Unless it is a grant, but they only go to military dictators, etc.
By the way, I did not create the figures, the article came off the net. Put aid aside for one moment though, and think of what is listed in the article. Does it not bother you one iota? Did you not pause to think at all?
