The military aid of course goes to buy arms manufactured in the US for use by the "aid" recipients to kill people - a very noble cause? NOT.
A substantial portion of that aid is now going to Pakistan who I believe provided the N.Koreans the technology for the centrifuges that they so successfully used to enrich uranium for nuclear bombs, in return for Korean missiles. The US pretended not to see, now they are complaining. What hypocrisy.
