    Ahhhh.

    So you guys don't put much stock in the idea of property being devalued by up to 40%?

    I'm not saying there aren't bargains out there. It's just that the stock market is an index based on anticipated future values and earnings. The professionals don't like the smell of property right now. Oh, and the smell of receivables.
