G'day, Rigi! Nice change to read a post that has some commonsense reasoning within...You are correct, there is no need, (at present!) for a capital raising,because.as you point out, BKP has access to "loaned" funds,(at call?), and to cash at hand!

I believe that the next occasion when BKP will need to "rattle the tin", will be when Peter Philipchuk comes up with an additional exploration avenue,(Conventional)???

Though to my way of thinking, that need for finance will be most likely be minimal, as undoubtedly,any future J.V. partner,will,in return for a "slice of the cake",possibly fully fund,by way of participation,in the exploration/development to come!!
