I wonder if anyone can explain how the different entities that are linked to J P Morgan can hold a stake larger than %19.99?
(I realize that it is two separate holdings).
Would this not set off the takeover clause?
Obviously it has not as yet, so what are the legal ramifications for a company with multiple holdings within 1 company in Australia if a takeover ever did occur?
My initial thought is that this situation is very unfair.
