i think it is the absence of a GSA as well as Production testing which prevents a reserve booking. I am sure it was mentind in the conference call they need a GSA before it can be booked as a reserve
Gassed, you are spot on that ICNs GSA is therefore very valuable
Speculator - you definetly have the knowledge and insight of a bigger investor .. what do you teach?
