Would not disagree that GSA is just one factor to move from Resource to Reserve. My experience is in relation to offshore WA, VIC, International .... Areas where there is no ready, deep market.
In these cases you need a GSA or LNG SPA to underwrite commerciality and therefore Reserves.
Onshore unconventional is likely to have a whole range of factors at play. I shall canvas some Reservoir Engineers for their. Jew and report back.
