We were discussing duty of disclosure on another thread and I've been thinking about it >:)

I wonder if the confidentiality clause would preclude duty of disclosure.

If that is the case then they wouldn't have to reveal any negotiations in their reports which could jeapordise confidentiality.

Expenditure could be hidden in admin costs - other.

Any legal eagles out there?
