LRF linq resources fund

    In the latest ASX release it was stated that LRF will change from a fund to a listed company. This will mean that it will now pay taxes, have franking credits -when available- and pay a dividend based on profits.
    I'm not certain whether this will be beneficial or not. If it can stir itself to be more proactive and indeed trade profitably then this could be a very good move.
    What thoughts on this?
