I thought we were informally led to believe Patto's were taking up a further $4.1 million of shares. Surely this nnow can not be the case if the company needs more time to finalise? Its not as if they are dealing with someone they dont know?
Was also interested to read todays news that Shell are unhappy with their 12 billion profit and falling oil supplies so will be going out agressively to increase oil reserves this year..
