Vango litigation against ZAG where ZAG wanting $21mm in damages plus 50% of K2/PHB/K1 tenements started last Monday in front of Western Australia Supreme Court. Today ZAG disclose they raise another $3mm cash from Mark Creasy. Since VAN own 100% of plutonic dome/marymia tenements according to van corporate spotlight on this blog, and VAN track record in front of WASC is so outstanding per VAN press releases, why is Mark Creasy investing $6mm into zuleika in two recent private placements, instead of investing that same $6mm in Vango? Thanks in advance kori for clearing this up me.
