you do make a good point and indeed it has me a bit worried myself

however, given the location and the intricate game of chess Chevron, WPL, Hess and Apache are all playing i'd say it is highly likely that there could well be a lot of these games being played

i too am hoping its WPL and like i said in my other posts, the issue of the length of time in drilling at Artemis and WPLs train constructions it could well be them... and it could well be them holding it up
