i'm pretty sure the "repricing" is being done by manipulators, hoping people will get scared or trying to tick off people's stop losses.
have a look at what MEO did early today until cappers came on and pushed the price lower and lower
to me that says people are trying to buy in at a lower price in hopes that when the farminee is announced there avg price will be considerably lower than their initial buy
