Casting my memory back when the Sml was granted, Pen was quite clear in that the decision was final. The most likely outcome of petitioners efforts would be that of conditions placed against the licence pending there review, not an overturning of its original issue. As we have seen to date that hasnt turned out to well for the case against. Unlikely a further review would some how now go beyond what's been ruled and then further. There is the potential for nuisance value imo. A push out in the start up? Some conditions could be granted, that wouldnt how ever necessarily mean a delay. Just gets back down to the strength of the contentions? Going off memory, they were pretty run of the mill..
Any how, just my view based on how events have tracked to date. Eyes on the prize. Lets hope the 2nd half of 2015 sees an up tick in the U price leading into our listing in the US and then production. The Jap restart approaching will hopefully light the fuse..
