Sounds very complicated. The market is hardly rewarding uncomplicated assets at the moment (relatively), so it might be a stretch to expect much here. In a different market, maybe. I hope LSX are not committing more good money after bad, and succumbing to bias on their near all-in bet on OAR.
At the very least a write down for LSX's holding seems inevitable, and the new $4M committed will likely receive the same discount to value the market has put on the rest or OAR.
Disappointing no doubt.
