PRY current have shares, acceptances and IAF acceptances comprising 44% of Symbion.
Officially they have a 90% minimum acceptance which they have NO CHANCE of achieving.
However according to PRY, they could drop that minimum acceptance condition to 50.1% , or indeed any other percentage they like, at any time.
PRY must be very tempted to do that now.
Anyone else watching this one ?
