A phone call can only be a generalisation of goings on and limited in nature and fair enough.

I also understand the desire to release a single all encompassing update. I appreciate what is proposed will take time but when doing a complete restructuring of a company that is not beyond the possibility of disappearing down the drain an Ann with a limited but reassuring report that thing are on track would go a very long way.
