Agreed. I fear this isn't going well for ELE. After his difficulties with CDG I suspect the new CEO saw NSL-IOR-ELE as a cashed-up shell, ripe with opportunity. Fair to say he hasn't brought any of that to fruition at this point. With the NT toll treatment scenario looking like a dead duck and the iron ore price slowly heading south, time is of the essence to get the deal done or abandon it and move onto something else.
