Anyone been following this stock? Chart is very gappy and not a lot of trades. Huge drop a few weeks ago following a failed deal it looks like. Don't know enough about the business to work out if this latest deal is good. The market at least is not selling them down even further so guess it might have upside. Is there more to this to come therefore the market is sitting on the fence for now with CZP?

Any comments?
