    I found this to be interesting.

    It's not PPSA, but is a tweak to taxes. Removing capital gains (currently 20% IIRC) and adding a witholding tax of 2% seems to me like a reduction of ~19% of tax on Zimbo profits from stocks. Am I wrong here?
