To clarify, I'm not saying to panic, though just being realistic. Market has hit the skits in recent weeks, the timing of the CR is very bad so don't be surprised if it doesn't pull through. Personally I don't even care about the 'drilling in BM' part - why bother inflaming the locals, there's historical data anyway it's not like the coal will pour out to sea over time.
On the JV side though, please, full steam ahead...
