Well I for 1 havnt seen too many Capital Raisings that WER'NT at a discount to the market! In fact if you removed yesterdays spike the Finance was done @ a very good price for existing shareholders.One factor that hasnt been discussed is did the receipiants of the new issue have to buy a % of their allotment on market to qualify(that would be a condition I would apply to get some real committment from new holders!) and was it them buying yesterday?
All in all it looks VERY good to me as the new people on the board are shakers and movers and the real deal in making things happen in Africa
