I don’t need to do anything mate!
My only concern is keeping Daws and Co. focused, which, given the current state of affairs, is clearly a full-time job.

I have no idea why some people here are so offended by my insistence on basic focus, professionalism, and competent planning from the management we *pay* to do exactly that.

No pats on the back, no empty praise—just results. Until they identify and define a minable resource, there is absolutely nothing to celebrate.

2025 has been a disappointment.
Let’s hope that changes!
