Hi Phoenix1. Yes you are right on the joint venture prospects etc. Im not overly concerned on funding because QMN is not carrying debt so no-one can foreclose. However, funds will be needed from whatever source and by whatever arrangement for operations and I would like to see that box ticked. In fact I think it is that which may cause the sp to take off because secure funding by joint venture or whatever other means will fast track proceedings with the company and engender confidence. Im actually expecting an ann to come but want it sooner rather than later lol.

I am very excited about this stock but it pays to be careful.
