Taiwan have knuckled down without shutting their economy. Knowing who comes into their country and monitoring their movements, plus using thermal imaging cameras on individual entering shopping malls, etc., has ensured minimal interruption to the day to day life for businesses and individuals. We will probably open up sooner than we think due to the fact we will just have to life with it until an effective vaccine comes along. The rest of you who cannot take such risks, allow the others to keep this economy afloat to pay for your upkeep.
