The point I am trying to make is that FR appears to have tried to use second hand equipment in a plant to create a brand new process and failed trying to contain capital exepnditure. Current management have stated in the most recent update the process in profitable so to me FR could easily go to the Chinese and sell the design of the process and their wouldnt be much we could do about it unless there is some agreements which have been signed which we are not privy too.
I dont think the Chinese would trust him to run the plant with good reason but they might buy the technology. Thats my only point and I hope that clarifies.
The chinese are certainly generating there fair share of slag that according to this old article almost all goes into landfill.
