The SAA, PMU & YPG are already crushing ISIS, they are all but done in the Middle East. I bet troops won't be sent to Libya or Egypt but right smack bang on the border between Iraq & Syria. They'll send troops in to support the moderate FSA (aka terrorists) and create a buffer zone along the border. The PMU have just recently stated that a buffer zone has no chance of becoming a reality so it's an incredibly interesting situation that is unfolding at the moment.
Either the terrorist attack was planned or it's a fantastic excuse to further the neocon plan.
