I reckon the budget tonight will, through ERF, have the stimulus to drive the BC sector. It will be a central part of the whole Direct Action program by providing the encouragement for power producers to engage in the use of new technologies.
This will be the beginning of something positive, practical and in the long-term effective.
Go the budget!!
